  • Private Yoga Sessions:
    These sessions are designed to help you grow in your practice, refine specific postures, or develop a personalized sequence for your self-practice. Whether you want to explore yoga at your own pace, work on alignment, or simply enjoy a calming flow, I’ll guide you every step of the way.
  • Yoga Therapy:
    Yoga therapy focuses on addressing specific issues, often complementing physiotherapy or psychotherapy. Together, we’ll work on challenges such as back pain, neck tension, insomnia, burnout, or other concerns.
    The goal is to empower you to actively participate in improving your well-being and regaining control over your health.IMPORTANT: Yoga therapy does not involve diagnosing conditions and is not a substitute for medical treatment. It is recommended that diagnoses or contraindications regarding a therapeutic yoga practice be clarified by a physician and/or physiotherapist. However, as a complement to conventional medical treatment, yoga therapy can be a powerful tool.

Session Details & Pricing

Duration:                            60 minutes (longer sessions available upon request)

Introductory Price:       $65 for the first session (a special offer to get started)
Regular Price:                   $130 per session
5-Session Package:         $600 (only $120 per session)
